Steve Harmon is the Executive Director of Product Engineering and Development at CSP since 2025. They previously served as the Director of Engineering at Teijin Automotive Technologies from 2006 to 2025 and as an Engineer at The Budd Company from 2000 to 2006, as well as at Allied Signal Plastics from 1996 to 2000. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan-Dearborn, respectively.
