Award-winning Architects based in the heart of Yorkshire.

Our core activities include...
...developing innovative solutions to architectural design challenges associated with buildings and the built environment.

...providing architectural design services from concept to completion, design to delivery.

We aim to...
...create responsive, sustainable and delightful solutions that stand the test of time and have a positive impact on those who use or experience the buildings and spaces we design.

...exceed the expectations of our clients and those who are influenced by the environments we create.

Our experience...
...is not confined to a specific project type. This web portfolio provides a snapshot of the range of our work and illustrates the spread of our design expertise.

Particular skills include...
...adding value, maximising development potential and creating successful new environments in challenging historic, sensitive or otherwise tightly constrained circumstances.

This is achieved with...
...talented and creative people, advanced tools (BIM, data management) and great clients.

The Practice...
...was founded in 1966 by David Crease as York University's Design Unit. The present independent firm of Chartered Architects was established in 1982 and practices from its own premises in the heart of Yorkshire.

Examples of projects undertaken by the practice can be viewed at www.csparchitects.co.uk.
