As one of the first Service Disabled, Veteran, Disadvantaged, Minority, Small Business project management consulting firms, we helped evolve the discipline of project management while creating proprietary methodologies to supplement the practice. CSP MGT, LLC began with manufacturing and supply-chain projects but now serves almost every area of company need, from strategy development, training, and products to capital projects.
