Darrell Wilson

Darrell Wilson has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Darrell started their career at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. in 2007 as a Senior Telephony Engineer, where they were responsible for managing internal and client-facing voice networks. Their role included capacity management, trend analysis, intelligent call routing deployment, CTI, vendor management, and telco operational and capital expense management. In 2011, they left Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. and joined Focus Technologies, LLC as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer. At Focus Technologies, they provided support and infrastructure for Focus Holdings, LLC, an insurance-focused holding company. Darrell also offered SAAS directly to external clients. In 2014, Darrell Wilson joined CSPi as a Lead Unified Communications Engineer. Darrell was later promoted to Director, Collaboration Solutions in October 2019.

Darrell Wilson attended Miami Dade College from 2006 to 2007, focusing on Computer Networking. No degree was attained during this period.
