John M.

John M. has extensive experience in human resources and employee experience, currently serving as GM Employee Experience at CSR since 2008, where there is a focus on aligning employee experience strategies and enhancing digital engagement throughout the employee lifecycle. Prior to this, John managed a dynamic HR Services team at CSR, overseeing critical functions such as SAP HRIS/Payroll and internal recruitment for approximately 3,500 employees. John's earlier roles include an expatriate assignment as Manager HR Services India for ANZ, and serving as Head of Recruitment and Learning Services at ANZ, where management of external partnerships in learning and development was a key responsibility. John M. holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
