Nelma Arancibia

Nelma Arancibia has extensive experience in project management within the property and construction sectors, currently serving as Major Projects Manager - Property at CSR Limited since May 2019, with prior roles including Senior Development Manager and Senior Project Manager - Development. In addition, Nelma has contributed as a Committee Member for the Western Sydney Taskforce - Property Council Australia since March 2021. Previous positions include Associate Director - Industrial & Logistics - Project Management at CBRE Asia Pacific, Industrial Project Manager at Charter Hall, and Project Manager at Goodman. Nelma began the professional career as a Project Co-ordinator at Quasar Constructions. Educationally, Nelma holds a Bachelor of Construction Economics degree from the University of Technology Sydney, completed in 2008.
