Ryan Baxter

Ryan Baxter is currently the National Segment Manager for Prefab/MMC at CSR Limited, a position held since 2021, where they support offsite customers by optimizing materials aligned to design principles and operational processes. Previously, Ryan held various roles at CSR Limited, including Operations Manager and Construction Supervisor for CSR Velocity, leading daily operations and managing installation processes for prefabricated components. Ryan’s career began at Baxter Building Services as a Carpenter, where they gained foundational experience in installation for residential builders from 2006 to 2015. They are currently pursuing education at TAFE NSW, attending since 2018.
