Thomas O'Connell is the Head of Client Services at CSRN. Thomas previously worked as the Client Services Director at CSRN, where they led the Lebanon Response arm of CSRN's Client Services Team, working with senior leadership of NGOs responding to the 2020 Beirut Port Blast Disaster. Thomas also worked as a Client Services Executive at CSRN, where they connected a network of student consultancies to high-impact projects with charity organisations in developing countries. Prior to that, they worked as a Spring Intern at McKinsey & Company, where they were selected from a competitive process for McKinsey's Discover 2020 programme. Thomas also worked as a Project Lead and Senior Consultant at the Irish Student Consulting Group (ISCG).
Thomas O'connell has a Bachelor's degree in B.E.S.S (Joint Honours in Business and Economics) from Trinity College Dublin. Thomas also has 589 Leaving Cert points (top 1.5% nationally) from St. Fintan's High School. Additionally, they have certification from Microsoft in Microsoft Office Specialist.
