Annick Wulf

Annick Wulf is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the Responsable RH Suisse romande at CSS, where they lead HR transformation and promote a culture of inclusion and well-being among approximately 600 employees. They are also an accredited mediator with a focus on mediation in enterprise and family conflicts. Annick holds a Master's degree in law and has completed multiple executive programs, including a CEMAP and a DAS in mediation, enhancing their expertise in leadership and human resources. Their diverse experience includes roles at Nestlé and the Etat de Vaud, where they successfully implemented initiatives in talent management, diversity, and organizational development.
