Barbara Senn

They serve as a board member at CSS since 2023 and previously were Managing Director of Conzzeta Management AG (2021–2023) as well as General Counsel and Secretary to the Board at Conzzeta AG (2010–2021). They spent more than twenty years as in-house counsel and a member of the Executive Board at three traditional listed industrial groups—Rieter Holding AG, Georg Fischer AG, and Conzzeta AG. They have experience in M&A, corporate finance, restructuring, listings, and corporate governance, and served as Delegate of the CEO for China at Georg Fischer AG. They held a Lic. Iur. from the University of Zurich and an LL.M. in International Business Law, and completed executive education at St. Gallen Business School.
