Bianca Strasser

Bianca Strasser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and sustainability. Currently serving as CEO Advisory & Sustainability at CSS since September 2022, Bianca also acts as a Personal Strategic Advisor to the CEO. Prior to this role, Bianca held the position of Director of Strategy & Business Development at UBS from August 2018 to May 2022, focusing on sustainable finance and corporate strategy. Bianca's earlier career includes various roles at Simon-Kucher & Partners, rising from Associate Consultant to Senior Consultant and Director of Strategy & Business Development. Bianca's academic background features a Master of Arts in Strategy and International Management from the University of St.Gallen, a Bachelor of Science in International Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, and additional studies at Esade and the University of Cambridge.
