Falk Schimmann

Falk Schimmann is the Leiter Leistungs- und Fallsteuerung at CSS Versicherung, a position held since 2018. They previously served as Head Medical Strategy at Insel Gruppe from 2008 to 2018 and held the role of Medical Manager/Head Medical Controlling at Solothurner Spitäler AG from 2005 to 2008. Falk began their medical career as a resident in Ear-Nose-Throat Surgery at Regionalspital Interlaken and Kantonsspital Olten between 2002 and 2005. They earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Basel and completed an Executive MBA at the University of St.Gallen. Additionally, Falk holds a Staatsexamen from Universität des Saarlandes.
