Flori Lang

Flori Lang, OLY, currently serves as the Leader of Sales Controlling and Support at CSS since September 2024, with responsibilities including sales analytics, compensation and contract management, compliance, and process management. As the Founder and CEO of SwimSafe.ch since January 2024 and Co-Founder and CEO of SwimBros Schweiz since September 2023, Flori focuses on providing swimming lessons to various demographics and supporting refugees in learning to swim. Previous roles include Head of Reporting at Toni Digital, Head of Finance Transformation at Youplus Assurance AG, and various leadership positions at Zürich Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG, emphasizing financial operations and performance analysis. Flori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich and has a rich background in competitive swimming from an early age.
