Karin Aeschlimann

Karin Aeschlimann is the Ressortleiterin Leistungen Services at CSS Versicherung, where they are responsible for the organizational and personnel management of approximately 90 employees, alongside process optimization and project work focused on digitalization. Previously, from 2014 to 2020, they worked at Zürich Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG as a Leistungsspezialistin and Deputy Group Leader. Karin has held various roles in the insurance and accounting sectors, including leadership positions at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd and Trevisca AG. They hold a Master of Science in Digital Business Administration from Berner Fachhochschule BFH and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on AI & Digital Business from HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich.
