Bastian Schwippert

Bastian Schwippert has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and talent management. Bastian is currently employed at CSS AG as the Leiter Personal (CHRO), a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Bastian worked at Red Hat from 2015 to 2023, holding several leadership roles such as Head of Org development & People Enablement and Head of Talent Engagement & Enablement. Additionally, they founded their own company, wandkick, in 2010 and worked as a freelancer in HR consulting and recruiting from 2014 to 2015. Bastian also held positions at Teradata eCircle, SCHWIPPERT, Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG, Kraft Foods, Loquenz, and Decathlon Internacional throughout their career.

Bastian Schwippert completed their Grundstudium in VWL (economics) at The University of Bonn from 1991 to 1993. Following that, they attended the University of Tübingen from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration (Diplomkaufmann).
