Stevan Lutz is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in hyper-growth e-commerce and the German "Mittelstand." They co-founded their first company during their studies, bootstrapping it to €5 million in revenues, and later held significant roles at home24 and HomeToGo, where they served as CFO and facilitated the latter's IPO in 2021. Currently, Stevan is the Board Member and CFO at CSS AG, a business software provider, and co-founded the Finance Leaders League, a network for finance professionals with over 500 members as of February 2025. Stevan holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Business Administration from EBS Universität, and has also attended various prestigious programs including Stanford's Executive Leadership Development Program.
