Jennifer Hodges has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology Services. Jennifer started their career at Inter.net in 2000 as a Systems Administrator, where they administered a mixed environment of Windows, Apple, and Sun workstations and servers. Jennifer provided end user support for 50 users and upgraded the server environment from Windows NT to Windows 2000 for offices in Argentina and Chile.

In 2002, Jennifer joined CSS-Inc as a Systems Administrator and later became the Director of Information Technology Services. In their role as Director, they successfully merged the IT systems of an acquired company and updated the server infrastructure at 3 branch offices. Jennifer also managed the merger of Deltek GCS Premier, eliminated redundant systems and software, and created a contingency plan.

Currently, Jennifer is the VP of Information Technology Services at CSS-Inc, where they are responsible for establishing and directing the strategic and tactical goals for the firm's technology infrastructure and 250 users. Jennifer closely collaborates with senior executives and end-users to develop and implement cost-effective technology solutions that meet contract and security requirements. Overall, Jennifer has a strong background in IT infrastructure management, system integration, and user support.

Jennifer Hodges obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech between 1991 and 1996. Later, they pursued a field of study in Information Systems at Strayer University from 1998 to 2000. In 2006, they participated in a Tech Advance program specializing in MCSE at George Mason University/Tech Advance. Additionally, Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech, however, the specific year of completion is unclear.
