John Rozum

John Rozum is a seasoned professional in coastal management and resilience planning with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Resilience Planning Specialist at CSS-Inc since March 2019, John has also held the position of Senior Coastal Land Use Specialist at The Baldwin Group, NOAA Office for Coastal Management since April 2013. Prior roles include EBM Tools Training Coordinator at NOAA Coastal Services Center and NatureServe from January 2010 to April 2013, and Director of Connecticut NEMO at the University of Connecticut from June 2004 to December 2009. John was the National Coordinator for the National NEMO Network at the University of Connecticut from September 1999 to May 2004. John holds two Master of Science degrees, one in Urban and Regional Planning and another in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, both from the University of Arizona.
