Lauren Swam is an Environmental Scientist at CSS since June 2022 and has served as a Research Associate and Graduate Assistant at Louisiana State University since August 2019. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Renewable Natural Resources from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Environmental Studies from St. Mary's College of Maryland. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology was obtained from James Cook University in 2018. Earlier experience includes roles as a Waitress at Ricky's Bistro, an Animal Care Technician at Airpark Animal Hospital, and a Lifeguard at the Manchester-Lineboro Lions Club. Skills developed throughout these positions encompass customer service, animal care, teamwork, and various certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, and AED.
