Lindsay Goodwin

Lindsay Goodwin is an experienced Program Manager currently overseeing over 70 staff as research scientists at CSS, a position held since June 2019. Previously, Lindsay worked as a Development Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton in early 2019 and as a Software Development Lead with NOAA on a contract basis from 2009 to March 2019, where responsibilities included managing application development projects using Agile methodologies and ensuring project requirements were met. Prior to this, Lindsay served as a Senior Project Manager and Portfolio Manager at NOAA from 2007 to March 2019, managing instructional design teams and developing learning products. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from the College of Charleston and a Bachelor of Arts in History from George Mason University.
