Mary Rider is an experienced environmental scientist currently contracted with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) where responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting environmental data and assisting in coastal monitoring assessments. Previous positions include serving as an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart University, a research scientist at the University of Perpignan, and conducting research at IFREMER. Mary has a strong academic background, holding a Master's degree in Oceanography and Marine Environments from Pierre and Marie Curie University, as well as a Professional Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management from Sacred Heart University, and a Bachelor's degree from The Johns Hopkins University in Romance Languages and Psychology.
