Rosemary Beck has extensive experience in product development and new business opportunities, currently serving as a consultant after holding the position of Director of New Product and New Business Development at CSS Industries, Inc. from 2004 to May 2019. Beck has demonstrated a strong ability to drive revenue growth through market research, business planning, and innovative merchandising strategies, successfully managing teams to surpass financial goals. Prior to CSS Industries, Beck was the Director of Product Development at Russ Berrie and Company, where a significant improvement in shipping performance was achieved. Rosemary Beck holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Fashion Merchandising and Management from Berkeley College.
