Vicky Mallows BSc CSSW has a diverse background in sales and technical management, specializing in waterproofing and structural solutions. Vicky began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Electrolux from 2011 to 2013, followed by a role as a Sales Lead Generation Specialist at W. R. Grace & Co. from 2013 to 2016. Vicky then advanced to the position of Regional Specification Manager at Fosroc from 2017 to 2019, and later became a Technical Manager at Sika from 2022 to 2024. Currently, Vicky serves as the Head of Department at CSS Trading Group Ltd, leading efforts to protect below-ground structures from water ingress.
