Joe Johnston holds certifications in CISA and CISM and has extensive experience in cyber security and IT compliance. Currently serving as a Cyber Security Analyst at CSSI Inc since May 2023, Joe previously worked as a Senior Information Security Analyst at ON Semiconductor from September 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included designing processes for insider risk analysis, performing monthly phishing exercises, and conducting business case analyses for third-party information security. Joe's career began at Fairchild Semiconductor, where roles included IT Security and Compliance and IS Tech, contributing to the development of information security policies and performing IT audits, vulnerability assessments, and infrastructure support. Joe's foundational experience includes serving in the US Army, training international troops, and early roles in manufacturing, focusing on process improvement. Joe Johnston earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Information Technology with a focus on Business Systems Analysis from the University of Phoenix.
