Kelly Caccetta

Kelly Caccetta has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Serving as President & CEO at CSSI Inc since October 2011, Caccetta has previously held significant positions, including Chair and Member of the Board of Directors at ServiceSource, Inc from September 2017 to September 2023. Prior to that, Caccetta was Vice-President of Corporate Services at ITA International and held roles at Argonne National Laboratory as Deputy to the Director and at Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility as Associate Director of Administration. Caccetta started a career in human resources at Gateway as Human Resources Manager. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education from Radford University and training from Riverside School of Professional Nursing.
