Mark Dipalmo

Mark Dipalmo is a highly experienced retired Air Traffic Controller and current Senior Aviation Safety Analyst at CSSI Inc. Having worked within the National Airspace System (NAS) at both the New York and Indianapolis Air Route Traffic Control Centers, Mark specialized in En-Route Air Traffic and served as a Traffic Management Coordinator. Mark has contributed significantly to several national projects with the FAA and NATCA and has been recognized with multiple awards for outstanding service. Mark holds an Associate's degree in Labor Studies from the State University of New York Empire State College, earned between 2001 and 2008.
