Ron Caraway

Ron Caraway is an experienced professional in air traffic control and aviation management with a robust background spanning over four decades. Currently serving as an ATC Quality Assurance Specialist at CSSI Inc since December 2013, Ron specializes in enhancing the safety culture within the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) through comprehensive investigations of incidents and accidents. In addition to this role, Ron is an Adjunct Instructor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, teaching Air Traffic Control, Air Cargo, and Airport Management. Previously, Ron held positions at Lockheed Martin, the City of Atlanta Department of Aviation, and the FAA, contributing valuable expertise in quality assurance, operational oversight, and procedural compliance. Ron's dedication to aviation is further supported by an MBA and a BS in Aeronautics and Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
