Helly Lee

Helly Lee is an experienced professional in social policy and community relations, currently serving as a Director and Senior Consultant at Frontline Solutions since October 2020, while also holding the position of Immigrant and Refugee Policy Fellow at the Center for the Study of Social Policy since May 2018. In addition to consulting work since January 2017, Helly co-founded Kindred Co. LLC in 2019, and previously directed community relations for the Minnesota Department of Human Services from June 2019 to August 2020. Early career roles include Senior Fellow at Frontline Solutions, Advisor for the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for Law and Social Policy, and Director of Policy at the Southeast Asia Resource Action Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work with a focus on Social Policy and Evaluation from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas.
