Franck Sénécal

Franck Sénécal is currently the Director Deputy of Francilian Establishments at CSTB, where they manage investment and operating budgets, implement ISO 50001 standards, and oversee team management. Previously, they served as a Chargé de mission at CSTB from 2010 to 2012, focusing on lean management and sustainable practices. With experience as a project manager in electrical engineering for CEMEX, they have a strong background in both technical and managerial roles. Franck holds an engineering degree in electrical engineering from ESIGELEC and is pursuing a DESS in Management and Business Strategy at IFG Paris.
