Jacques Martin

Jacques MARTIN is an experienced professional with a strong background in data strategy and environmental health. Currently serving as a retiree at Cnav since October 2022, Jacques MARTIN has held multiple key positions at CSTB since 2007, including Data Strategy Manager and Deputy Managing Director of the Health & Comfort Direction. In this role, Jacques MARTIN focused on evaluating exposure levels that affect individual health and comfort in various environments. Additionally, Jacques MARTIN managed the Acoustic and Lighting Department, specializing in physical multiscale modeling of wave propagation. Earlier in their career, from 1984 to 1988, Jacques MARTIN worked as a scientific advisor at the French National Centre for Telecommunication Studies, where significant advancements in GSM radio communication in France were achieved. Jacques MARTIN earned a PhD in Signal Processing from the Polytechnic National Institute of Grenoble.
