Mathilde Hostein

Mathilde Hostein is a PhD candidate in Thermique Energétique at Université de Lyon, where they are enhancing their expertise in building performance evaluation and thermal comfort. Currently serving as an Ingénieure Recherche & Expertise at CSTB, Mathilde focuses on environmental performance methods and dynamic simulations for summer comfort in buildings. Previously, they gained experience as a finalist for the Prix de l’Ingénierie du Futur and in various roles, including a thesis on climate change impacts and professional internships related to building ventilation systems. Mathilde holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Building from Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat and has tutored high school students in Math and Physics-Chemistry.
