Romain Gerard

Romain GERARD is an accomplished civil engineer and business leader with substantial experience in the construction and engineering sector. As the Founder and CEO of FrameWorks since May 2021, Romain leads a firm specializing in low carbon modern methods of construction and off-site processes. Romain also serves as a member of the evaluation committee for QB53 Modular since April 2023 and shares expertise as a professor in "Offsite construction and MMC" at ESTP Paris Formation Continue since February 2020. Previously, Romain held roles including General Manager at SERIE FLEX, and various engineering positions with Bouygues Construction, where Romain managed significant projects such as the Future Courthouse of Paris and the Philharmonie de Paris. Romain holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a degree in Mechanics of Materials and Structures from EPF Engineering School, complemented by additional academic pursuits at Université de Sherbrooke.
