Adrienne Gil is a seasoned leader with 20 years of experience in change management and program administration, primarily within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as a City Council Member in Montpelier, Vermont, and as the Director of Program Management at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, Adrienne oversees program operations supporting public health professionals globally. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at ALG Consulting and various leadership positions in organizations such as the Vermont Transportation Agency, the Permanent Fund for Vermont Children, and the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. Adrienne's expertise encompasses project management, organizational development, and the creation of new programs at local, state, and national levels. Adrienne holds a Master of Public Health from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Applied Anthropology from SUNY Oneonta.
