Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists
Jamila Ealey, DrPH, MPH, currently serves as the Director of Evaluation and Assessment at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, where responsibilities include guiding program evaluation and policy development, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading the organization’s Evaluation Team. Previous roles include serving as the State HIV/AIDS Director for the Georgia Department of Public Health, overseeing a comprehensive statewide HIV/AIDS program, and being responsible for program implementation and evaluation. Additional experience encompasses roles as Deputy Director and Care & Prevention Epidemiologist at the same department, and as a Research Coordinator at Moffitt Cancer Center. Ealey's educational background includes a Doctor of Public Health from The University of Georgia, a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
