Jordan Peart

Manager, Infectious Disease Program

Jordan Peart has extensive experience in public health, currently serving as Manager of both the Infectious Disease Program and the Cross Cutting Program at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists since February 2018. Prior roles include serving as Program Analyst and Humanitarian Health Team Assistant at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where Jordan contributed to public health initiatives and technical documentation related to infectious disease outbreaks. Additional experience includes a graduate assistantship for the HPV Vaccine Introduction Program at the Ministry of Health Jamaica, and various positions at the CDC focused on communicable diseases and health preparedness. Jordan's background is complemented by advocacy roles aimed at improving social determinants of health and substantial volunteer engagements. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Global Epidemiology from Emory University and a degree in Human Evolutionary Biology with a focus on Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard University.
