Sunbal V. is an experienced Public Health Law Attorney at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, providing legal and public policy expertise since March 2017. With a diverse background in various legal roles, Sunbal has served as a Contracts Manager and Grants and Contracts Specialist II at Eterpreting, and as an Operations Legal Support Associate at Infor Global Solutions. Past experiences include working as an Independent Contract-Immigration Legal Assistant, a Legal Contract Analyst at Open Text iX Group, and certified legal internships at both the Lima Municipal Court of Prosecutors and Hancock County Public Defender. Sunbal holds a J.D./LL.M. candidate degree from Ohio Northern University, alongside a BA in Criminal Justice & Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and participated in a Korean Studies Summer Program at Sogang University.
