Lindsy Veugen

Lindsy Veugen currently serves as Company Secretary & General Counsel at CSU Cleaning Services since April 2023. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at DSM from August 2005 to April 2023, where Lindsy held positions including Company Secretary, Global Senior Legal Counsel for DSM Engineering Materials, and Legal Counsel for M&A. Responsibilities involved providing legal advice on commercial agreements, M&A transactions, and enhancing internal legal awareness through training. In earlier roles within DSM, tasks included managing the Integrated Annual Report process and serving as Senior Advisor to the CEO. Prior legal experience includes positions at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. Lindsy holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Maastricht University and a Master's degree in Tax Law from Maastricht University, with additional study at Lund University.
