Robert E. possesses extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and management, currently serving as Senior Manager of RIS & Technical Services at CSX since May 2011, after previously holding the position of Manager of Real Estate Information Systems. Prior to CSX, Robert E. worked at The St. Joe Company as GIS Manager from November 2004 to 2011 and gained experience as Senior GIS Analyst at WilsonMiller from August 2002 to December 2004. Robert E. holds a Master’s Degree in Urban & Regional Planning with a focus on GIS and Land Management, obtained from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the same institution.
