Javier Decima is currently the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Sacred Heart University and the Director of Goalkeeping at CT United FC. They co-founded the Keepermax Goalkeeper Academy and previously served as the Director of Goalkeeping at Beachside Soccer Club from 2010 to 2024. Additionally, Javier held coaching positions as the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at the University of Bridgeport from 2005 to 2007 and as the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach/Goalkeeper Coach at Fairfield University from 2010 to 2019. Javier earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport.
