Martin Will is currently the IPT Lead LST at CTAO, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Max-Planck-Institute for Physics from 2017 to 2024, and at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2013. Martin also worked as a Staff Scientist at IFAE from 2013 to 2017 and as a Research Assistant at the Colorado School of Mines from 2009 to 2010. Martin earned a Diploma in Physics and a PhD in Astrophysics, Magna cum laude, both from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2012.
