Tim Moore

Tim Moore has extensive experience in plant management and operations within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on optimizing production processes and enhancing employee engagement. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Plant Superintendent at CTB, Inc. since September 2014, Tim oversees resource allocation in multiple operational areas. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Acument Global Technologies, where Tim managed a fastener manufacturing plant, and at Merchants Metals, where Tim was responsible for operations and led lean initiatives. Additional experience encompasses positions at The Intec Group and Lear Corporation, where Tim honed skills in managing teams and improving operational efficiency. Tim holds an MBA from Indiana University Purdue University Ft Wayne and a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Morehead State University.
