Emma Webb is currently the Chief of Cabinet at the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) since 2022. Previously, they served as the Head of Strategy and Partnerships at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) from 2015 to 2021, and held various positions at UNDP from 2012 to 2014, including Regional Coordination Specialist for Europe and Central Asia. Having been a Country Director at VSO from 2001 to 2003 and Regional Portfolio Manager at United Nations Volunteers from 2000 to 2001, Emma has extensive experience in international relations and development. They hold an MSc in the Politics of Asia and Africa from SOAS University of London and a MA in Modern History with International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
