Don Douglas

Don Douglas has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Don began their career at FirstEnergy, where they held various engineering and management positions. Don then joined Alliance Bridgeco, where they served as the Planning Development Manager, working on the development of the Transmission Planning Function for the Alliance RTO. After that, they worked at GridAmerica as a Senior Consultant, providing expertise in the design of the Midwest ISO electricity market. Don then moved on to SeneGence International, where they served as the Vice President. Following this, they joined CTC Cable Corporation as the VP of External Affairs, where they built industry awareness for advanced transmission technology and led government relations activities. Don also worked at Stanley Consultants as the Sr. Power Delivery Group Manager. Most recently, they are working at CTC Global as the Director of Sales Support & Fulfillment. Throughout their career, Don has also provided business consulting for various industries and has expertise in ISO/RTO integration, Smart Grid, and Renewables and Storage Technology for the electric utility industry.

Don Douglas earned their BSEE in Power from Purdue University, where they attended from 1967 to 1971. Following that, they pursued their MBA at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 1972 to 1976.
