Jill Casper has a diverse work experience in marketing, community engagement, training, and sales. Jill most recently worked as the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement at CTC - Consolidated Telecommunications Company. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Training and Community Relations at Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union, where they were responsible for sales and service training, coordinating a personal finance program, and providing product knowledge training. Jill also worked as an Adjunct Instructor in Training & Development at The College of St. Scholastica and as the Director of Sales at The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes, where they played a key role in opening and implementing processes for a new property.
Jill Casper, MLM, has a comprehensive education history that includes a master's degree and a bachelor's degree. In 2012-2013, they attended Concordia University-St. Paul, where they obtained a Master of Management and Leadership degree with a focus on business. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they attended The College of St. Scholastica, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior.
In addition to their formal education, Jill Casper has also obtained several certifications. In 2006, they received training as a Schneider Sales Management Trainer. Jill also became a CUNA Sales and Service Trainer in 2008. Subsequently, Jill Casper obtained several certifications from Integrity Solutions LLC, including Integrity Selling, Integrity Coaching, Integrity ACHIEVE, and The Member Advantage, all acquired in 2016-2018. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Credit Union Development Educator from the National Credit Union Foundation in 2018 and as a Certified Credit Union Financial Councilor from the Credit Union National Association in 2018. Their most recent certification is as a Credit Union CDFI Practitioner from the University of New Hampshire, which they earned in February 2022.
