Max Walter has a diverse work experience in various roles. Max started their career in 2012 as a Sales Associate at Ace Hardware and worked there until 2014. In 2014, Max joined Coborn's, Inc. as a Shift Manager but left after a few months in 2015. Max then worked as a Sales Associate at Hardware Hank from February 2015 to December 2015. Finally, Max joined CTC - Consolidated Telecommunications Company in December 2015, where they held multiple roles. Max started as a Service Assurance Technician and then progressed to become a Member Services Lead. After that, they worked as a Member Services Supervisor and currently holds the position of Member Services Manager since December 2022.

Max Walter attended Central Lakes College from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Computer Systems Networking Admin. In 2018, they attended the Blue Ox Business Academy for a leadership training program in Organizational Leadership. In 2020, Max again attended the Blue Ox Business Academy for a program called Supervisor Advantage, although it is not specified whether they earned a degree or not.
