Philip Luck is currently working as a Principal Broadband Analyst at CTC Technology & Energy, where Philip leads and supervises large and complex broadband projects. Previously, Philip held the title of Vice President at NetWorks, Inc. for over 25 years, overseeing local operations for a startup wireless ISP. Philip also served as Vice President at People in Computers (PiC), securing a $2 million project with the Government of Puerto Rico. As a co-founder of GP Solutions, Inc., Philip was responsible for managing over 30 employees. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brunel University London.
