Niklas Hartmann

Niklas Hartmann is a Principal at CTcon Management Consultants since February 2013, bringing extensive experience in management consulting. Previously, Niklas served as a Consulting Intern at Porsche Consulting for a brief tenure in 2012 and worked at ae group ag as an Assistant to the Head of HR from October 2006 to September 2010, where responsibilities included strategic HR projects, recruitment, and HR development. Niklas holds a Master of Science in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management (2010-2012) and has participated in an MBA program at INCAE Business School during 2011. Niklas completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration at the University of Cooperative Education Eisenach from 2006 to 2009.
