Erick Sanchez is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the solar and marketing industries. As the Founder of Initiate Solar since January 2019, Erick has demonstrated leadership and innovation. In addition, Erick serves as the Chief Executive Officer of EZ Marketing Consulting Group LLC, a position held since February 2018. Prior experience includes a role as District Sales Manager at C-TEC Solar, LLC, and co-founding LuxPower, where Erick contributed from June 2017 to April 2023.
