Cole Ledbetter

Cole Ledbetter, CIH, CSP, currently serves as the Industrial Hygiene Manager at CTEH®, a position held since June 2011. In this role, Cole has directed and organized over 600 industrial hygiene and safety projects, successfully managing client expectations and adhering to budget constraints, often overseeing up to 20 projects simultaneously. Prior to this, Cole worked as an Industrial Hygienist at CTEH, LLC from March 2006 to March 2011, where responsibilities included air sampling, noise surveys, and the development of Health and Safety plans, as well as leading investigations to address pollutants and hazards. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Environmental Scientist II, contributing to the Toxicology and Response Program by conducting environmental monitoring and data collection. Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Arkansas Tech University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
