David Thomas is a Senior Consultant at CTEH with over 25 years of experience in all-hazard emergency management response, plan development, and training program facilitation. They have served in critical roles during 30 nationally significant responses and are a 20-year U.S. Coast Guard veteran, specializing in hazardous chemical releases and oil spill responses. In addition to their practical experience, David is a certified instructor and course developer, proficient in various safety and regulatory standards. They are currently pursuing an MBA at Southern Wesleyan University.
